Aesthetics, Reconstruction and beyond.
I have over 12 years experience in Plastic Surgery and my ethos of striving for excellence will ensure we deliver a result to be proud of.
I qualified from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London in 2002 and gained a First Class Honours degree from University College London during an intercalated year. I trained in a number of leading centres in the south including St George’s University Hospital, London and Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford before gaining my Plastic Surgery Training Number in the Northern Deanery. During this time I completed my rotation through units in the Northeast including James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle and University Hospital of North Durham. I was also awarded a Masters in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair from Cardiff University during this time.
I completed my higher specialist training at Guy’s Cancer Centre in London specialising in management of Head & Neck cancer reconstruction, facial palsy and nasal reconstruction in 2018. I currently work as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the University Hospital of North Durham.
My aesthetics training has been within highly regarded private hospital groups such as Spire Healthcare and Nuffield Health in the Northeast as well HCA Healthcare UK @ The London Bridge Hospital and the Weymouth Street Hospital, London. For the last 2 years I have also run my private Sk:n clinics in Middlesbrough, Hampstead and East Finchlay, London specialising in injectables, Botox, filler augments and skin surgery.
